Expense Guru provides both in-app account deletion and this web-based deletion request option for users who no longer have access to the app.
In-app account deletion
You can delete your account directly inside the Expense Guru mobile app.
- Open the Expense Guru app.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion by emailing us using the instructions on this page.
How to request account deletion
If you want to delete your Expense Guru account and associated data, email us from your registered email address.

Subject: Delete My Expense Guru Account
Include: Your registered email address and a short confirmation that you want your Expense Guru account deleted.

- Account profile information
- Email-linked account data
- Expense records
- Income records
- Transfer records
- Budget records
- Category budget records
- App settings linked to your account
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited information only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or compliance reasons. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
In-app deletion option
You may also request deletion inside the Expense Guru app if the option is available in your installed version. If you no longer have the app installed, use the email process on this page.
